Lulu SP OC new design

Yes I re did her design. AND I AM SO HAPPY WITH IT. SHE IS SO MUCH CUTER AND ADORABLE. She is the same as before but this time she doesn't like any one. I would have her like another oc if she liked any one. But yeah so here she is. I am gonna do more stuff in the South Park fandom. So you will see this more. You will still see my other stuff to though so no worries. Any way hope you like and I would love to rp with some old SP friends.
